PASSION project

I’ve gone to over 40 wineries (and counting). I enjoy visiting wineries since every one has a unique history and wine making process. This past year, I turned my fascination into a hobby by obtaining a NJ wine making license and creating my first blend of Carménère. I learned this process through a small batch maker, and within four sessions had fermented, stabilized, cleared, and bottled wine from scratch. I designed a label, and highlighted key steps in the video below.
